No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges. If your original purchase price includes shipping, you will not be refunded for that cost and only the cost of the item. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in resalable condition.

  • FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

The item needs to be returned. We will pay for return shipping costs. The item will then be replaced or a full refund or credit provided, including shipping cost. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

Within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.

  • PACKAGING MATERIALS?

Items need to be returned in original packaging, unmarked and undamaged to ensure full refund.
Damaged items will not be refunded in full.

If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit. Please check before fitting items to your vehicle and test fit with care to ensure no damage occurs.
When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
Test fit items before fitting, in cases where items have been painted and enhanced we will not cover those costs.
Items such as head lights, tail lights, rear bars, nudge bars that are sold to enhance the vehicle and do not meet ADR Requirements are at the customers due diligence to double check their state authority if such an item is allowed to be installed on their vehicle. PS4X4 will not hold responsibility of return postage and standard return policy applies.

Please include your order number, specific description of damage/problem, photographs, and clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorized, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied within 24 business hours.
